Jammu, Jan. 13: Bhim Sen Tuti, Inspector General of Police, Jammu Zone Police, today issued promotion orders for 336 Constables to the rank of Selection Grade Constable, following a due and thorough review of their service records, performance, and seniority.
2. The promotions were announced on the auspicious occasion of Lohri, marking the festival with a significant morale-boosting gesture for the force. The decision reflects the department’s recognition of the hard work, dedication, and professional commitment demonstrated by personnel across units of the Jammu Zone.
