Srinagar, November 3: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Friday asked employees to desist from strikes , failing which they would be liable for disciplinary action under the law.
The government invoked this legal measure as number of employees organisations have been staging street demonstrations to press their demands.
No govt employee shall resort to demonstrations and strikes in connection with any matter pertaining to his service or the service of any other govt employees, strict disciplinary action shall be taken against any such employee(s) involved: official order
