Lieutenant Governor of J&K UT spoke of an alarming rise of Covid-19 cases on Sunday and appealed to the people to make wearing masks and adhering to social distancing a norm to save lives and to contain spread of the virus.
He made this appeal to the people through a video on social media when the death toll in J&K has touched 220 and the total cases are above 13,000
