As I move forward in my journey from serving as the District Magistrate of Srinagar, and now entrusted with the responsibility of Budgam, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you — my team, colleagues, and juniors — who have stood by with sincerity, dedication, and commitment to public service for the last one and a half year. It was a great learning experience on the personal front whether it was the Parliamentary elections, Assembly elections of 2024, VVIP visits, or the Civil Defence preparedness of 2025.
Each district has been a learning ground, each challenge an opportunity to grow, and every success a shared achievement. I carry forward not just experience, but the spirit of teamwork and the passion to serve people with humility and resolve.
I always aimed to serve with a pro-people mindset, stay grounded, and always remember that our true strength lies in how well we uplift those we serve.
As I begin my new role in Budgam, I wish u all luck, happiness, progress and prosperity and am hopeful u all will uphold the same zeal and continue working with integrity, inclusivity and a citizen-first approach.
