Jammu, May 2: National Investigation Agency (NIA) today conducted raids across 12 locations in Jammu and Kashmir in connection with a case registered with the agency regarding terrorist and subversive activities.
According to sources, NIA conducted raids in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag and Awantipora area of Kashmir valley and Jammu and Poonch districts of Jammu region.
Sources said that the raids were conducted in connection with its probe in a case registered last year to unearth criminal conspiracy for carrying out terrorist and subversive activities hatched by the cadres and Over Ground Workers (OGWs) of various proscribed organizations and their affiliates or off-shoots, operating under various pseudo names, at the behest of their Pakistani commanders’ handlers.
