SRINAGAR, MAY 11: Padma Shri Haji Ghulam Rasool Khan, Chairman, J&K Art and Craft Development Society called on Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan today.
Subsequently, Sh Gulzar Ahmad Bhat, Chairman, All J&K Folk Artists Association also met the Lt Governor at Raj Bhawan.
