The Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered a ban on private practice of Medical and Para-Medical staff of Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura, Srinagar.According to the order, any breach of the rule shall amount to misconduct “attracting major penalty.”
