Radical Sikh preacher Amritpal Singh has posted a video on Social Media, first since he dodged police on March 18.
The video shows him in black turban and speaking in chaste Punjabi asking Sikh community within the country and abroad to unite and take part in “ Sarbat Khalsa” on Baisakhi, a traditional Punjabi festival celebrated on April 13 every year.
