After the passage of a restraining order against the film Kashmir Files by ADJ Jammu Deepak Sethi on 10.03.2022, the matter came up for hearing again today on 19.03.2022.
Advocate Ankur Sharma represented Director Kashmir Files Vivek Agnihotri and producer Abhishek Aggrawal.
Nirmal Kumari (Plaintiff), widow of Martyr Squadron Leader Ravi Khanna was represented by Advocate Himanshu Beotra.
On the basis of a settlement arrived at between parties, the matter was amicably settled by the court to the complete satisfaction of both the parties.
Interim orders vacated, and the matter is also consigned to records.
