Jammu, June 13: To mark World Elder Abuse Awareness Day on June 15, 2025, an annual report by HelpAge India has been released today by DIG JKS Range, Sh Shiv Kumar Sharma (IPS) along with a team of HelpAge India including Mrs Neeru Sharma Khajuria (Manager HelpAge India) , Tanmay Sharma (Volenteer HelpAge India) , Sh Darshan Shastri (Renowned Astrologer and social activist) and many other senior citizens .
On the occasion, DIG Jammu highlighted the issues of elder abuse and said that such reports are an eye opener for society. DIG Sharma having all praises for HelpAge India’s Jammu Team for working selflessly for Elders in Jammu and Kashmir.
DIG Jammu also said that JKS Range Police ready to work in association with HelpAge India for the welfare of senior citizens.
