Jammu, April 19: An ex-serviceman last night shoot his wife before trying to commit suicide by shooting himself in Kishtwar district of Jammu region.
The man did this with his licensed 12 Bore weapon and both of them were hospitalized.
A police official said that Ghulam Hussain of village Thakrie shot his wife with 12 bore rifle. “The lady survived and the man later shot himself. He is now critical,” he added.
The duo has been shifted to the hospital and the police have started an investigation into the matter, he said.
