KATHUA; 12 MAY:- Kathua Police seized 05 vehicles including (02 Dumpers and 03 Tractor trolleys alongwith 01 Excavator Machine indulged in illegal transportation of construction material at Tarnah Nallah area of PP Chadwal and Ratan Chak Bellia Tarnah Nallah area of PS Hiranagar.
On 12.05.2023 A Police team headed by PSI Neeraj Parihar IC PP Chadwal under the supervision of SDPO Border Sh. Dheeraj Singh Katoch JKPS during patrolling/checking in its jurisdictional area at Tarnah Nallah Chadwal area seized 02 Dumpers bearing Reg. No. JK08K-9688 and JK08F-1618 alongwith 01 Excavator Machine indulged in illegal mining/ transportation of construction material without any legal permission. While in the second instance the police team was led by Insp. Amit Sangra SHO PS Hiranagar seized 03 Tractor alongwith Trolleys indulged in illegal transportation of construction material from Rattan Chak Bellia Tarnah Nallah. Meanwhile all the 05 vehicles alongwith 01 Excavator Machine indulged in illegal mining were seized & immediately handed over to the officials of the Geological and Mining department Kathua for further legal proceedings.
