Jammu, July o3 The Supreme Court of India on Monday listed hearing of the petitions challenging abrogation of Article 370 at 10.30 a .m. On July 11.
A constitutional bench headed by Chief Justice of Supreme Court will take up these petitions on July 11 for hearing and passing directions , a notification of the Supreme Court said on Monday.
The Article 370 was scrapped on August 5, 2019, accordingly the special status of the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir was done away with . On the same day, it was announced that the state will be divided into two Centrally- ruled Union territories of J&K and Ladakh and the order will come in force on October 31, 2019.
A number of petitions were filed challenging the abrogation of Article 370.
