Srinagar, July 09: Director General of Police Dilbag Singh has commended honesty and sense of duty of two Traffic Police officials who found a bag containing money and other precious documents of a lady pilgrim from Gujrat and ensured that it is handed over to the concerned.
Jammu and Kashmir Police , manning yatra routes to Amarnath shrine which has attracted tens of thousands of pilgrims so far , have always been helpful to pilgrims , the men and women of the force have been rescuing yatris and also providing them all sorts of assistance .
Today ‘s work of Traffic Police ASI Darshan Kumar and Head Constable Satpal , deployed at Sarbal parking , ha yet again demonstrated that hoe the police were working for the pilgrims 24×7 with a sense of helping the pilgrims .
The duo had found a bag of lady yatri Yasoda Bain W/o Manu Bhai R/o A-9 Akash Ganga society IOC Road Chand Khada Ahmadabad Gujarat, mobile No. 9879835250.
The bag contained Rs 80000, mobile phone and Yatra documents. Bag has been handed over to lady yatri in presence of her husband.

The couple and other pilgrims appreciated the work of Darshan and Satpal and expressed their gratitude toward them, and the police for their help and devotion to duty.
