Jammu, November 30: Atal Dulloo , 1988 batch IAS officer , is scheduled to to take over as Chief Secretary of J&K Government on Friday . He will succeed Arun Mehta who is attaining superannuation on Thursday.
Dulloo’s appointment was made on Wednesday. He has served J&K government and Centre in various capacities. He has handled crucial assignments during militancy in Jammu and Kashmir.
