Shah Rukh Khan has reportedly been admitted to a hospital in Ahmedabad after suffering a heatstroke on Wednesday. As per reports, this happened when the actor was attending the IPL match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Sunrisers Hyderabad on Tuesday. This was the first playoff match of the ongoing season of IPL.
Statement by the police that read, “Actor Shah Rukh Khan admitted to hospital in Ahmedabad apparently due to heat stroke.” The news agency also shared that SRK is admitted to multi-speciality K D Hospital in the city. Wife Gauri Khan, and co-owners of KKR, actor Juhi Chawla and businessman Jay Mehta visited him at the hospital. Videos of them visiting Shah Rukh are being shared online.
