Srinagar, Dec 24: A severe cold wave is expected to grip Jammu and Kashmir over the next three days, with nighttime temperatures likely to remain 4 to 8°C below average.
Although not part of the forecast made by weather models, I believe there is a possibility that low-level clouds might develop during the morning hours and persist until the afternoon, particularly in the plains of Kashmir.
