Rajouri, March 16:
Rajouri police today arrested three persons with 22 costliest sapphire stones.
A police officer informed that following specific inputs, a police team headed by SHO Rajouri Tahir Khan nabbed three persons in Rajouri and during 22 Sapphire stones were recovered from the possession.
“The persons have been identified as Mohd Aslam son of Imam Din resident of Thee Dam Kathua, Noor Alam son of Mohd Yousaf resident of Mansar and Mohd Googra son of Hussain resident of Mansar,” police added.
A case FIR No 130/2018 U/S 4/5 Saphire Act has been registered in Police Station Rajouri and further investigation is going on to ascertain from where they brought these costly stones.
