Udhampur Sept 27: The Chief Judicial Magistrate Udhampur Rekha Kapoor Nichal , has rejected bail applications filed by multiple accused in connection with the Blue Lotus Spa Centre case , allegedly being run as a brothel, in Barrian area of Udhampur which was raided in the Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir, arresting seven accused in udhampur.
Today deciding three applications filled by the accused, including Mukesh Kumar alias Vishal Kumar S/o Vishwa Nath alias Keshu R/o Nawara lower Mir , Kainth gali , Tehsil Panchari District Udhampur and Suresh Kumar S/o Madan Lal R/o Panjer Tehsil Moungari Udhampur represented by Advocate Ajay Bandral and Advocate Abhay Raina . Accused Sharan Deep S/o Tarseem Chand R/o Village Lohgarh Sirsa Haryana Tehsil Dubwalli District Sirsa Haryana represented by Advocate Anil Kumar Thappa and accused Ms H.K daughter of Sita Ram R/o Dwarka sector no 3 J.J Colony block E76 Delhi , Ms N.K daughter of Chand Bhan Prasad Rohini sector no 4 Vijay Vihar phase 11 block A79 Delhi , MS P.K wife of Anil Singh R/o Jogi No 01/F6 Block Sultanpuri Rajgarh Delhi and MS S.S W/o Budhvist R/o Ganga Sagar Mohinder ganj District sagar West Bangal represented by Advocate Anil Kumar Thappa and Advocate Tarun Gupta ), seeking bail on certain grounds.
The prosecution, led by Public Prosecutor J.P Singh resisted the bail applications and filled his objections to each of bail applications .He stated that offences under 3/4/5and 7 of immoral traffic prevention act2956 are grave and heinous affecting the moral fabric of society and the very object of act is to eradicate immoral trafficking which disrupt public order .
After hearing counsel for accused and APP for UT and material evidence Cheif judical magistrate in his order said keeping in view the facts and circumstances of case that have been evolved from time to time by Hon’ble apex and High court of Jammu and Kashmir for consideration of bail application the impact of offences involved on society in large and specially considering material on record and arguments advance by both sides I Don’t find it to be fit case for grant of bail to applicants at this stage and rejected bail applications .
