Panjab, Oct 13: Two brothers, Tanveer Singh alias Kalu and Bavneet Singh alias Babby, were arrested in Punjab for allegedly murdering a man named Narinder Singh over a personal dispute in Simbal Camp, Miran Sahib, on the outskirts of Jammu. The incident took place on October 9, when the duo, along with their family members, allegedly attacked Narinder, leading to his death. Following a complaint by the victim’s wife, Harbhajan Kaur, police registered an FIR and later added the murder charge under Section 103 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. The accused had fled to Punjab after the crime but were nabbed in a swift, coordinated operation by Jammu Police. Authorities said the two are in custody and further investigation is underway to identify other accomplices involved in the assault.
