Jammu, March 10: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has reconstituted the Establishment-cum-Selection Committee through Government Order No. 305–JK(GAD) of 2026 issued by the General Administration Department.
As per the order, Atal Dulloo, Chief Secretary of J&K, will serve as the Chairman of the committee. The members include Shaleen Kabra, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Jal Shakti Department; Ashwani Kumar, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Power Development Department; and Shailendra Kumar, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Finance Department.
M. Raju, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, will function as Member Secretary, while Achal Sethi, Commissioner/Secretary, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, has been included as a member.
The order further states that the Administrative Secretary of the concerned department will be co-opted as a special invitee whenever required, and the committee will follow the same terms of reference and procedure laid down in Government Order No. 1488-GAD of 2011.
