RAJOURI, OCTOBER, 27: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Dr. Devansh Yadav today chaired a meeting to review the progress of developmental works under the District CAPEX Budget 2026-27 and UT-CAPEX Budget, with a focus on expediting tendering, allotment and execution of approved projects.
The Deputy Commissioner took stock of the department-wise status of works, including tendering, allotments, commencement of works and expenditure incurred. He directed the concerned departments to expedite the tendering process and ensure that all pending procedural formalities are completed without unnecessary delay. He stressed the need for accelerating the pace of execution, ensuring quality standards and completing all approved works within the stipulated timelines.
Emphasising accountability and effective implementation, Dr. Yadav directed the officers to closely monitor ongoing works and ensure optimal utilisation of available funds. He called upon the concerned departments to identify and resolve any bottlenecks hindering the progress of projects through better inter-departmental coordination and timely intervention.
The meeting was attended by ADDC, Malikzada Sheraz Ul Haq; ACD, Sheraz Chowhan; SE PWD (R&B), Manzoor Ahmed; SE, Jal Shakti, Rajouri, Sunil Bhat; CPO Maqsood Ahmed and other concerned officers.
