PDP president Mehbooba Mufti gave vent to her frustration over the logic favouring lynching for eating beef .
In a strongly worded tweet on Wednesday , Mehbooba said ,”Today, lynching is being justified on the basis of what one eats. Next, crimes like rape might be similarly defended. Is this the India we envision?’
It was apparently in response to RSS leader Indresh Kumar who said that the lynchings would stop when people will stop eating beef.
