Former militant files nomination for ULB election on BJP ticket

Former militant Farooq Ahmad Khan alias Saifullah Farooq who returned under Chief Minister’s rehabilitation policy via Nepal in 2011 has filed nomination papers for Municipal elections on BJP ticket from Srinagar.
