One infiltrating terrorist was killed when a group of intruders was challenged by Army troops close to Line of Control (LoC) in Machil sector in North Kashmir past last midnight.According to Army Spokesman Col. Rajesh Kalia, ” Suspicious movement of unidentified persons was detected by own (Army) patrolling party near LoC fence at Machil Sector on night 7/8 Nov 2020 at 0100h.
“They (infiltrating terrorists) were intercepted by troops leading to establishment of contact. One terrorist was killed in the gunfight. Col Kalia told that one AK and two bags recovered from the killed terrorist. The operation is in progress.
