Jammu, November 13:
Arun Kumar Manhas, KAS, Project Director, Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar in place of Rajinder Singh Tara who is posted as Director Command Area Development, Jammu.
This transfer order is issued in the midst of the ongoing DDC elections process due to which Model Code of Conduct is in place. Hence the Election Commission has given consent to the transfer order.
