The Awami National Conference (ANC) candidate has won Sarpanch seat unopposed from Ganderbal after BJP candidate withdrew.The ANC Vice President Muzaffar Shah told, “Shabir Ahmad Mir ANC Dist President Ganderbal wins Sarpanch election unopposed from Halqa Intikhab Kichpora Kangan.”This happened after the BJP candidate withdrew his candidature. Shah commented, “BJP candidate concedes defeat.”
