Former Minister and founder of Dogra Swabihman Lal Singh’s brother Rajinder Singh “ Bubby” has won Muncipal by-election of ward no 2 in Kathua by securing more than 800 votes out of 1300 total votes polled.
It is a big victory for him in Kathua town known as bastion of BJP.
