Working out the complaint lodged by a lady that a mischievous person is making her fake profiles on various social media accounts and transmitting obscene words and pictures and sharing her personal phone number all around ,on which instant case FIR No.121 /2020 under section 67-A, 66-C IT Act was registered at Police Station Leh and investigation was taken up .
During the course of investigation , the accused was tracked down through technical surveillance & investigation ,who was arrested on 23-12-2020 and kept in Police lock-up.
The accused is currently granted bail by the Court today.
