Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha in a major relief to the applicants for the posts of junior assistants and junior stenographers has done away with mandatory computer qualification.
He ordered that the rule of the subordinate services requiring a six- month certificate in computer application from a recognised institute for the posts of junior assistants and junior stenographers is omitted.
