While reviewing preparedness of the power development department on Wednesday, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha ordered that transformers in urban areas be replaced within eight hours and within 48 hours in rural areas.
He told a meeting of officers that the consumers should not face any difficulty during the summer
