Jammu, August 2:
Jammu and Kashmir government on Monday announced payment of deafness allowance to its employees with retrospective effect from July 1 this year.
The employees will be paid DA @ 28 percent per month as against 17 percent in the past.
Orders to this effect were issued by Financial Commissioner ( Finance) Arun Mehta
