The scheduled visit of Union Home Minister Amit Shah to Jammu on May 8 has been cancelled, according to the informed sources.
The sources, however, could not reveal the reasons behind change of the scheduled visit of the Home Minister.
As per earlier programme, the Home Minister was scheduled to address a rally of PoJK refugees in Jammu to reiterate Modi government’s commitment to mitigate sufferings of the refugees. He, it is believed, was also to reiterate the pledge of getting PoJK back from Pakistan at the rally.
