Jammu, July 16:
A constable of the 8th Battalion, Indo-Tibetan Border Police, opened fire, injuring his 3 colleagues in Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur. He later shot himself dead. All injured have been shifted to the hospital and are safe.A court of inquiry has been ordered
