Inaugurating the 08th India International MSME Startup Expo at Pragati Maidan New Delhi the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir emphatically stated the following :
- Jammu Kashmir badal raha hai aur badal gaya hai (Jammu Kashmir is changing and has changed)
- This is J&K 2.0
- Jammu and Kashmir is new investment destination.
- Railway link to Kashmir with rest of the country by next year.
On the occasion Jammu and Kashmir got on the spot offer of investments of a couple of crores rupees
