Jammu and Kashmir Government on Thursday asked all its employees to upload the monthly report online by 7th of every month beginning March 2022 in a bid to inject efficiency of the civil servants .
An order issued by the General Administration Department on Thursday said,” All Government employees working in various departments and PSUs shall upload their achievements/ performance on J&K Employees Performance Monitoring Portal on https:// /epm.jk.gov.in by or before 7 of every month w.e.f. March,2022.
All the reviewing/ Controlling Officers shall review the self assessment of their immediate subordinates by 15″ of every month, the order said.
