New Delhi , November 20 The son of the soil Atal Dulloo 1989 batch IAS officer has been repatriated to his parent cadre in J&K, and is in all likelihood to be new Chief Secretary on his retirement on November 30.
Mr Dulloo was Secretary Border Mangement in the ministry of Home Affairs.
The cabinet committee on appointments issued orders of repatriation of Dulloo to his parent cadre on Monday.
