Militants have shot at a civilian Mohammed Shafi in SD colony, Batmaloo, Srinagar late this evening.
The youth has been shifted to SMHS hospital in a very critical condition.
Earlier, militants had shot dead a civilian in Karan Nagar area of Srinagar this afternoon.
