Srinagar, October 16: Congress has conveyed to National Conference that it would not join the government in Jammu and Kashmir scheduled to take oath on Wednesday.
Congress failed to reach consensus on the name of would be minister from its six members in the newly elected Assembly.
Sources said Congress wanted to avoid further infighting in the party.
