Curfew has been imposed across the Kashmir Valley to preempt any untoward incident ahead of the first anniversary of withdrawal of special status on August 5 last year.
The authorities apprehended trouble and protests and therefore decided to impose strict restrictions under section 144 CrPC.
All movement has been restricted.
