Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police Dilbag Singh has been empanelled as Additional Director General Equivalent by the Government of India.
The Appointment Committee of Cabinet issued the list of new empanelled officers on Thursday evening .
A total of 13 IPS officers were today empanelled as ADG Equivalent.
