REASI, JUNE 01; District Magistrate, Reasi by virtue of powers vested under section 144 Cr.PC prohibited/restricted the sale/possession/consumption of Tobacco products including Gutka (Chewable & non-chewable), Cigarettes and other related products in Sub Division Katra within the following boundaries.
From Nomain Check Post, from Panthal Naka and from the start Point of Tarakote, Track to Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan .
Any violation of this order shall invite strict punitive action under section 188 of Indian Penal code.
