Special Commentary of JK News Today

Union Home Minister Amit Shah has set record straight and tole the nation emphatically that Jammu and Kashmir belongs to the whole of the country as the country belongs to J&K . This point needed to be reiterated against the backdrop of deep misunderstandings that Opposition is trying to create between J&K and the rest of the nation
In short, Amit Shah’s message was clear to all Indians that Jammu and Kashmir belongs to all Indians irrespective of the fact which part of the country they lived , this territory was open to all Indians as was the country for the residents of this Himalayan territory . There was no distinction and discrimination on this issue.
Home Minister posted on X, formerly Twitter: “ It is shameful to hear that the Congress party is asking , “ Kashmir se kya wasta hai/” “ He had made this observation regarding the misperception that Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge had raised in one of his speeches , in which he had stated that , the BJP should talk of abrogation of Article 371 ( he meant Article 370) in Jammu or Kashmir , why it is being talked about across the nation , what have the countrymen elsewhere to do with Article 370 and Jammu and Kashmir.”
This is indeed shameful because Jammu and Kashmir since October 1947 has been part of India , and it continues to be so today and will well into future .
Kharge should have known and appreciated the fact that the abrogation of Article 370 has abolished all the constitutional and physical barriers which existed between Jammu and Kashmir and the rest of the country . It is a ridiculous question that Congress president posed
Amit Shah set the record straight by reminding Congress party that “ J&K is an integral part of India, and every state and citizen has the right over J&K, just as the people of J&K have the right over the rest of India.”
This is a profoundly realistic statement , and which has heart-to-heart relationship between Indians living ( the definition includes all the residents , permanent or those who settled from other parts of the country in the erstwhile state, now living as two union territories of Ladakh, and Jammu and Kashmir ) and elsewhere were having equal rights on each other . In fact, this denotes that all the Indians have their list of rights in equal terms across the Indian nation from Kashmir to Kanyakumari .
Amit Shah ‘s surprise is genuine as what Congress party is propagating about Jammu and Kashmir tantamount to the insult to all Indians . How could J&K , its territory and the people be seen in different slot than the rest of the country . It’s simply impossible . The Home Minister was right in telling Congress that it is ignorant .
“ The Congress doesn’t know that many brave sons of Rajasthan have sacrificed their lives for peace and security in Kashmir. But it is not merely the fault of the Congress leaders. It is mostly the Italian culture of the Congress party that is to blame for not understanding the very idea of India,” Amit Shah wrote on X.
The Home Minister’s analysis that “ Such statements ( by Congress leaders) hurt every patriotic citizen who cares for the unity and integrity of the nation. People will certainly answer Congress. And for the kind information of the Congress, it was not Article 371, but Article 370, that was abrogated by the Modi government. However, it is only expected of Congress to make such horrendous mistakes. Such blunders made by it have haunted our nation for decades now.”
Congress party is trying to fray the bonds between the people from one end of the country to the other fostered by the abrogation of Article 370 on August 5, 2019.
