Jammu, December 24: At least five Indian army soldiers are dead while five others received severe injuries when the vehicle in which they were travelling in Mendhar area of Poonch district in Jammu region on Tuesday evening.
Reports said the army vehicle fell into a gorge when it skidded off the road and fell into a deep gorge.
All the ten soldiers were rescued, five of them with injuries, while five others are feared to have died on the spot.
