Baramulla, June 19:
Godfrey Phillips India Ltd. took its campaign to support the administration in the fight against COVID to North Kashmir’s Baramulla District today. As part of its ongoing corporate social responsibility initiative, GPI today handed over 30000 masks and 1000 hand sanitizers to SSP Baramulla, Rayees Mohammad Bhat for distribution among masses.
GPI, one of the top FMCG players in the region has been proactively coming forward to support social causes, more so in recent times considering big efforts are required in the fight against COVID.
SSP Rayees Mohammad Bhat who has been spearheading the Police efforts against COVID in Baramulla expressed his gratitude to the GPI Team consisting of Jahanzeb Bhat- Manager JKHP and Owais Maknoo – Distributor GPI Baramulla for coming forward to contribute to the cause.
GPI has been contributing COVID protective equipment and other supplies across the country since the beginning of the pandemic last year and it’s efforts have been widely hailed across the region.
