Jammu, August 1:
High Court Bar Association President Mian Abdul Qayoom has been released after his a year- long detention.
A legal battle was fought for him by his colleagues.
Qayoom was arrested on the eve of August 5 last year under PSA.
His case was taken up to Supreme Court.
