In view of recent judgements of High courts of Madras & Rajasthan; the Jammu and Kashmir Govt may direct private schools to reduce tuition fees of students by 30 % . This would be because of closure of schools due to covid 19 lockdown from March to Sept 2020. The education department is seeking views of parents and school management in this regards.
