The Jammu and Kashmir government on Friday constituted a committee to formulate new car/ vehicle policy for the Union Territory.
The committee will be headed by Secretary General Administration Department Manoj Kumar Dwivedi .
Other members will include Secretary Transport and Director State Motor Garages
