Jammu, August 22: Anmol Rathore of Bhaderwah has topped the list of successful candidates who qualified JKAS exams. The PSC declared results on Tuesday.
Anmol is daughter of Rajiv Rathore , retired bank manager and Jyoti Parihar, Principal Degree College, Kishtwar.
