Jammu, December 13: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday ordered re-appointment of Prof Umesh Rai , Vice Chancellor Jammu University for next three years w.e.f 05-04-2025.
During his continuing first term that began in April 2022, Prof Rai took the institution to new heights. His prominent accomplishments include Design Your Degree and College on Wheels.
